The EXP 3.0 Centrifugal Clutch

EXP HD

This centrifugal clutch system will make you love your legendary ride even more. The EXP 3.0 clutch system allows you to let go of the clutch lever without worrying about stalling the bike and without losing the functionality of the lever. Some might ask why you would care to not have to use the clutch if you’re a skilled rider, for ease and total control. Maneuvering through the crowded streets at big rallies like Daytona Bike Week and Sturgis will be easier than ever before with Rekluse. You will have better control of your machine if you can keep both hands firmly planted on the bars instead of losing grip to work the clutch lever.

What it does:

Aside from moving effortlessly at low speeds this clutch also delivers a higher torque capacity and faster power transfer to the pavement with the TorqDrive clutch pack. The thin friction plate technology allows for 12 plates increasing torque capacity by 20%.  Ever notice how hot your bike gets when you’re lugging around in heavy traffic? With the Rekluse your bike will run at a cooler temperature, this makes a big difference during low-speed riding.

What’s inside:

Rekluse Thin Friction Technology: takes a traditional 9 plate configuration up to 12, increasing torque capacity by 20%.

Hold Down Rings: two for optimum tuning ability. One for easy clutch pull and another for to handle high torque motors.

Centrifugal Clutch Disk: allowing you to come to a complete stop in gear and accelerate without touching the clutch lever. Improves low-speed maneuverability, provides smoother engagement, and extends clutch pack life.

Basket Sleeves: prevent basket notching and boost overall clutch durability.

The mechanics of this manual clutch system are familiar but the performance is anything but common. Featuring significant improvements over stock by reducing clutch fade, allowing precise clutch lever feel and modulation, offering greater torque capacity, and dramatically extends clutch pack life.

What it does:

The TorqDrive puts power to the pavement with innovative clutch plate technology allowing more plates meaning more torque transferred to the rear wheel. This also makes the lever pull buttery smooth. This clutch is made to handle the demands of high performance motors and horse power modifications. More plates means more overall durability so you can rely on this clutch for miles. With improved oil flow and advanced plate engineering your engine will run at lower operating temperatures and this will help increase clutch life. You’ll really notice the cooler operating temperature when you’re lugging your big bagger around the crowded streets of Daytona.
