Thirty-five years ago when J&P Cycles started, we were strictly a mail-order catalog business with orders being taken via mail and the telephone (an actual land line). Today, you can order your parts, inquire about an order or get technical advice in a variety of different ways. Regarding our tech team, back in the early days just a few guys with Harley experience handled these questions. Hang With Us, Folks — We Hit a Speed Bump but We’re Cruising Now

There have been some legitimate grumblings in the motorcycle industry the past few months concerning J&P customers who haven’t received their orders in a timely manner. And to say nobody’s more frustrated about the situation than us just doesn’t cut it. Tell that to the guy who needed a fuel controller or a caliper seal kit before heading off to this weekend’s Laughlin River Run.
