It’s time for the 73rd Bike Week, a time when people from all around the world flock to the Daytona Beach, FL area. Tourists come here to not only meet with and speak to all kinds of motorcycle vendors, and fellow riders, but those in cooler climates like to head south to also escape winter’s fury. During the day there are plenty of activities to keep you busy, but what exactly is there to do at night here? You’re in luck – this year is better than ever and I’ve got the low-down for you on great bars, bands, and more!
Starting March 7-16, you can stop by the world famous Iron Horse Saloon every night for low priced drinks and free concerts featuring: Mustang Sally, Jasmine Cain, Fran Cosmo of Boston, Brian Howe (formerly of Bad Company), Big Engine and so many more amazing bands you just have to stop by and check them out!
After a long day of walking around Destination Daytona, you can stop by The Saints and Sinners Pub for daily specials and live entertainment all Bike Week long.
This year, Geico Motorcycle Insurance and Bruce Rossmeyer’s Harley Davidson have teamed up to give you the ultimate Bike Week entertainment experience by having the legendary band Great White perform with special guests Vixen!
Feeling adventurous and want to head toward Main Street? There are three places known for having some of the best Bike Week parties (thanks to Youtube). Head on over to Dirty Harry’s Pub, The Banks & Blues Club and last, but not least, the Full Moon Saloon for the best atmosphere in town. With daily specials on hand, live entertainment nightly, and some of the craziest partiers around you’ll definitely want to make sure you don’t miss a beat. This year all three venues have come together for the biggest blow out party ever and these great bands will be playing live: Bobby Friss, Big Engine, One Wild Nite, Hypersona, Full Circle, many more and if you’re feeling the country vibe Hayfire will be back in town performing live as well!
