Cruise Nights, Swap Meets and an Open House Highlight J&P Cycles’ Summer

Motorcycle parts and accessories, great customer service and technical support and one-of-a-kind summer events. Add ’em all up and you’ve got an accurate description of J&P Cycles, the go-to bike parts store, capable of handling all of your needs, including summer savings and fun!

In addition to our annual Open House event on June 25 and 26 this summer, we’re again hosting the Cruise Night series one Tuesday evening a month, beginning in May and running through September. Cruise Night caters to motorcycle and car enthusiasts, and is open to the public. In its eighth season, J&P Cycles Cruise Nights take place on May 17, June 14, July 12, Aug. 23 and Sept. 13. The May and June events will be held at the National Motorcycle Museum, just off of Highway 151 at Exit 54 in Anamosa, Iowa. The July, August and September events will be on the J&P lot, also in Anamosa.

The Cruise Night events begin around 5:15 p.m. and last until about 8:30 p.m. Spectators and participants alike have opportunities to win door prizes, and People’s Choice Awards are given out to the favorite car and motorcycle at each event.

Another exciting event hosted by J&P Cycles is the Motorcycle Parts Swap Meet. While this is only the second year for this event, it’s how J&P as a company got off the ground in the early years. It’s a unique celebration of food, fun, value and entrepreneurial spirit that will be showcased in three events later this year. The first J&P Motorcycle Parts Swap Meet will be Sunday, May 22, running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The other dates are Sunday, July 17, and Sunday, Sept. 18. All three events will be held at J&P Cycles, Anamosa.

The general public is welcome to attend this event, and we’re also looking for vendors! If you are interested in being a vendor, a 10-by-20-foot space is available for only $20. Contact Mary Beth at mbhanna [at] jpcycles [dot] com or call 319-462-4819, ext. 8140 for more details.

If it’s motorcycle-related activities you’re looking for this summer, chances are we can fill the bill at J&P Cycles.
